On February 20, 2024, our school social worker, Ms. Kao, held a Zen Painting Workshop for parents to learn how to draw a Zen painting, following the strokes of the brush to create repetitive and simple line patterns, which can help to reduce stress and relieve emotions. During the workshop, parents were very engaged in the process, and at the end, they even appreciated each other's works, each with their own characteristics, and experienced the fun of Zen painting together!
