The Upper Class children visited the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens (HKZBG) on January 18, 2024 and enjoyed a visit with their teachers to see the different kinds of flora and fauna in the garden. The children were able to see a variety of endangered animals such as black-faced spoonbills, Bornean orangutans and shield-braced turtles. Through close observation of the behavior, appearance and habits of different animals, as well as observing the work of the caretakers in taking care of the animals, the children learned how to care for the animals and abide by the rules of visiting the Park. They gained invaluable learning experience, and also benefited from breathing in the fresh air in the downtown oasis and relaxing physically and mentally.
